Clearwater Canyon Rates

Departure and Arrival Schedule

• Departure: Prior to 11:00 A.M.
• Arrival: After 1:00 P.M.

Tranquility Hours

• From 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M., maintain silence. Refrain from loud music or activities that might disturb others.

Velocity Limitation

• Strictly 5mph at all times within the campground.

Companion Animals

• Approval for up to two pets per campsite must be obtained from Clearwater Canyon management beforehand. Leashes are required outdoors, not exceeding 6 feet in length. Pets should not be left unattended and must be quiet and non-aggressive. Immediate clean-up of pet waste is mandatory. Pets are barred from entering laundry and restroom areas. Management reserves the right to refuse certain pets or breeds.

Additional Occupants

• The standard site fee covers 2 persons. Additional visitors are charged at $5 per day or $100 monthly, with a maximum of 4 per site. All additional guests require prior approval from Clearwater Canyon.

Site Allocation

• Campsites are allocated by Clearwater Canyon staff only.

Parking Provisions

• Each site accommodates one RV and one additional vehicle. For any extra vehicles, prior authorization from Clearwater Canyon is needed. Should space permit, additional parking spots will be designated for $50 monthly.

Waste Management

• Dispose of all waste in the designated dumpster. Keep the exterior of RVs free from garbage containers or litter. Only regular bagged trash is permitted in the dumpster; disposing of bulky items, hazardous materials, or furniture is prohibited. Violators will be responsible for removal costs and potential additional charges.

Firearms Policy

• Firearms are forbidden unless accompanied by a Texas License to Carry Permit.

RV Standards

• RV approval by Clearwater Canyon is required. RVs should be operational, safe, and maintain a clean exterior, free of grime, mold, and unsolicited art.

Campsite Appearance

• All external additions to the site, such as furniture or grills, must receive prior authorization. Unauthorized items should be stored beneath the RV in black containers.

Sewage Protocol

• Sewer hookups must be securely elevated, sloped, and sealed to prevent leaks.

Substance Use and Restrictions

• The consumption of tobacco and alcohol is not allowed in communal laundry or restroom facilities. Clearwater Canyon has a strict no-tolerance stance on illegal substances, with immediate enforcement involvement if suspected.

Laundry Courtesy

• Complimentary use of laundry machines is provided. Please limit to two loads at a time when others are waiting.

Ice Allocation

• Ice is complimentary but due to limited daily production, refrain from using it to fill coolers. Ice is for day-to-day use in RVs only.

Security and Privacy

• Surveillance cameras are operated by Clearwater Canyon, and all footage is solely their property. Access codes for restroom and laundry facilities will be provided and are for the exclusive use of Clearwater Canyon guests.

• Clearwater Canyon is not liable for personal property loss or damage due to various potential causes. Guests are advised to insure their property and will be held accountable for damages caused by them or their visitors.
